Midwestern sunset

Picture
The midwestern sky is vast and the sunset can be 270' of your vision. The colors are intense. I think this is what Ricky Tims meant when he created 'Convergence'. Inspired by the patterned fabric, I filled out my pallet with a couple of hand dyes from my stash. I also 'converged' the quilted circles.
I miss those skyscapes.
