One day my girlfriend Diane (owner of Garden of Stitches quilt shop) showed up at my studio looking for something to do. She asked if I had ever heard of the book 'One Block Wonder'. 'Funny you should ask', I said and proceeded to pull out a bin with not one, or even two quilts that were already cut out. She had the choice of 4 already cut quilts and this is what resulted! I had never worked with another person on a quilt and found it to be a really nice way to 'hang out'. Ask me about what happens when you add borders of a different kind of fabric!
